Services
Servio Elite provides interiors and fit-out, property management, maintenance and home care services across Dubai and the wider UAE. The scope, pricing and schedule of any specific service are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement before work begins.
Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the scope described at the time of quoting; changes to scope may adjust the final price. All applicable UAE taxes are included where required.
Scheduling & Access
Service scheduling depends on property access, material availability and third-party coordination. Clients agree to provide safe, timely access to the property and relevant information required to perform the work.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in each quotation or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within the stated period. Late payments may suspend further service until settled.
Warranties & Liability
Work is performed to professional standards. Any warranty for materials or workmanship is specific to the service and stated in the agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services performed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, and any required permits or approvals. Servio Elite is not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate information or withheld access.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Servio Elite and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai.
